When ACT / ARCOL was taken over, the overmolding and gluing machines were modernized and adapted to the criteria of Industry 4.0 for greater ergonomics and ease of maintenance.

HOTMELT ( low pressure ) overmolding technology offers an alternative to protect electrical and electronic parts (LEDs, relays, switches, integrated circuits, etc.) against humidity , dust and mechanical shocks to ensure prolonged operation. This so-called low pressure technology also allows the use of aluminum or steel molds.
